This tournament is dedicated to the memory of Jean Adams, a lifetime member of LMHA who passed away in February 2021. Since 1986, Jean was an integral part of LMHA. From Team Mom to Division Manager to Secretary to Registrar, Jean was a committed, selfless volunteer whose dedication and service to minor hockey is unparalleled. She was passionate, caring, and always willing to support in whatever capacity needed.
As Registrar, Jean was often a family's first introduction to LMHA and they were always treated with kindness, knowledge and patience as she navigated them through the registration process, answering any questions along the way. Jean knew her players and kept tabs on them year after year, always able to share a kind word or story with pride. Jean’s legacy will live on. She was the recipient of the PCAHA Meritorious Service Award in 2005 and the PCAHA Golden Puck Award in 2017. Jean had an impact on anyone who had the privilege of crossing her path, befriending and mentoring, teaching and guiding. Anyone who knew Jean will remember what a genuine, compassionate, dedicated person she was and she is dearly missed by many.

Prior to January 1st: $100 cancellation fee
January 1 – February 1: 50% of the registration fee
After February 1: 100% non-refundable
