We hope you are enjoying the off-season! LMHA has just launched our 2023-24 Season Registration page. There are quite a few changes to our Registration Deadline and Refund Policies so for this reason, we want to give our members the opportunity to review these changes in advance of season registration opening at 10am on Monday, May 15th, 2023. Mark your calendars and please ensure you have your Hockey Canada ID # ready to go!

We are excited to be entering our 50th Anniversary Season and will be offering all Returning LMHA Players an early bird 50th Season discounted participant fee for all registrations received between May 15th and May 31st, 2023! The 50th Season Early Registration Fee will be visible in TeamSnap Registration.

Here are a few of the key changes to our deadline policies to take note of. Members are still encouraged to review the entire 2023-24 Season Registration page, so you are informed and up-to-date.

• May 15th through May 31st – LMHA Returning Players are guaranteed a spot and the 50th Anniversary Season pricing.
• June 1st through June 15th – Regular Season pricing for returning players and the possibility of being wait-listed for a spot on a team.
• June 16th – Late Registration Fee of $200.00 will be automatically applied to all Returning Player registration received after 11:59 pm on June 15th, 2023, with the possibility of being wait-listed.
• July 31st – Final day to register to participate in Rep Evaluations (U11 / U13 / U15 / U18). All requests must be received by 11:59 pm on July 31st, 2023.

NEW this season as well, there are changes to our Payment Guidelines. Offline payments via cheque or e-transfer must be received within 14 days of completing registration unless alternate arrangements have been approved by LMHA. For members who select to pay via credit card instalments, the first payment will be processed at the time of registration and subsequent equal payments will be automatically processed on the 15th of June, July, and August. Any registration fees not paid as of August 20th will be subject to a $100 late payment fee and may jeopardize your participation in any evaluation skates. Any fees that remain unpaid as of September 15th will be subject to a further $100 late payment fee AND ice times may not be allocated until all fees have been paid-in-full. The only exception to any of these deadlines would be where an alternate arrangement has been approved by the Treasurer, VP Administration, and Registrar.

Also included on the registration page are the previously communicated Dates to Remember as well as our revised Refund Policies. LMHA will launch the Pre-Season Camp page early next week with registration also opening 10am on Monday, May 15th, 2023.
