  ONLINE registration is available for returning players only

LMHA has again worked with Hockey Canada to utilizing the "Hockey Canada Online Registration System" for the 2010/2011 season. Parents are able to register online from any Internet connection. Payment can be made with either Visa, MasterCard only, NO CHEQUE OPTION. People wishing to pay by cheque must register at one of LMHA open registration dates in June & July. Or you may contact Jean Adams. For new players to LMHA see New Player 2010/11 Information. Please Note: You will have to print at the end of the session, so please ensure you have printing capabilities. Please see below set up for HCR Online Registration.

To register Online this year, please follow these steps.

 

  1. To use the HCR. click Online Registration link below.
  2. You will have to create a “User Account” (First time only) if you setup account last year and can't remember your password, see other options in the login screen when you enter Online Registration.
  3. Need to enter your players Hockey ID Number. You may also register without ID Number. If you are a returning player to LMHA you can enter your child's Birth Name and Birth Date as in your past registration. Any problems please contact lmharegistrar@telus.net
  4. You will need information about the player you want to register. e.g. Child’s Name & Address, Date of Birth, Care Card Number and Parents address info.
  5. Select Division and Postion. Also if players wishes to try out for a rep team, you must Register for Rep Tryouts by July 4th. (PLAYER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER JULY 4 2010) Rep 2010/11 Try-Out options

  7. Print information received after registering for your records.
  8. To ensure your spot on a team for the 2010/11 season, please complete your registration before the July 31st deadline. REP TRYOUTS YOU MUST BE REGISTERED BY JULY 4th.
  9. Goaltenders Information: only those that have been registered as a goaltender previously may register as goaltender at this time. If you wish to change from player to goaltender, please register as skater and send an email to lmharegistrar@telus.net to advise her of your postion change.

Please Note: LMHA Practices and Games are scheduled on weekdays and weekends.
6:00 AM weekday practices start at 7 yrs. old and late night practices start for 13 yrs.old, LMHA ice times can range from 6:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week.

NEW Registrations will require:

Player has never been registered in an Association or played hockey

Players transferring from another Association:
  • PCAHA New Player Form PCAHA New Player Registration Form
  • A copy of the players birth certificate
  • Single proof of residence (ie: BC Hydro bill, Property Tax notice, cable bill)
  • PCAHA "NEW PLAYER" form must also be filled out to complete registration. Contact LMHA Registrar (Jean Adams 604-530-1356) to obtain this form.

REP HOCKEY (ATOM Div. and Above)

For Rep Tryout, please review them carefully when making your selection. Rep Try-outs begin the weekend prior to Labour Day.

Rep hockey requires a much larger commitment of time and money. Rep fees (carding) this is in addition to the registration fees. This fee is due by November 15th, 2010. Also each rep must for an extra practice time.  Should you elect to attend Rep Try-Outs, the Try-Out fee of range from $90.00 to $140.00 and is due at time or registration. Deadline is July 1st.

Volunteer Activities: LMHA relies on volunteers. Parents may be called upon to support the activities of the LMHA Executive. In addition to any team activities, parents should expect to volunteer their time through out the season.
 
Due to the requirement that we equalize teams, we may not be able to honour your requests to play with certain players, coaches or for car pooling purposes.
